At the head of the Sassy team is creator and director - Keira Howarth, Administration & Talent Manager - Nikki Heiser & Dance Choreographer & Manager - Leah Baker.

Keira has had involvement in the industry for over 10 years and has held positions with high profiled organisations in event management, marketing, corporate sales and customer relations prior to the inception of Sassy Models & Promotions.

Nikki specialises in staff management and recruitment, customer service and administration. Nikki has a great rapport with our team members and provides detailed job descriptions, ongoing feedback and day to day communication to ensure that they are fully briefed and prepared for every event.

Leah has been with the Sassy team since 2005 and is one of Sydney's most creative and sought after choreographers. Leah ensures our dancers are of the highest calibre with a wide variety of dance genre training.
