I know I've thanked you already for helping us out with the staffing at such short notice, but I'd have to say without your staff, we would have been in big trouble. The party absolutely rocked, with all 1,000 guests arriving within an hour of the doors opening, meaning that the bars were getting hammered by a very thirsty crowd! And your staff helped keep them calm and well watered. From the start, the early staff took a lot of initiative and started prepping the bars unsupervised and kept this proactive attitude all night. Chris and Mark made an unbelievable effort throughout the whole night, running the bars and also carrying stock around the venue relentlessly. And Sabeena and Chelsea were thrown in the deep end when they started as the bars were very busy, and they did a great job of hitting the ground running and keeping the effort up until 2am.
